My domain is still locked after I unlocked it!

  Hi,

  My new registrar tell me that my domain has still domain protection even if I unlocked it, so now I can’t do the transfer! Please help me.

  Could you cancel my domain, so i can use it with an other registrar instead of doing a transfer ?
