My Domain may be on redemption phase – How do I reactivate it?

  I forgot to renew my domain. Now I can’t find the usual page for renewing on the WordPress dashboard. Can someone help me to recover my domain from redemption phase please?

  What domain are you referring to? I do not see history of a domain registration subscription under the account you are contacting us from.

  The Domain that i talk about is on another account. I have done another mapping, and solve the problem. Thanks a lot for your help. :)

  Indeed @Velda is helping me already. Through her e-mail, I received an invoice for the redemption and have paid it.
  Now waiting to see what happens.
