My domain name and website has stopped working?

  I’m getting in touch as I now host my website with Siteground. I switched to a wordpress.org site a year ago.

  This was my orginal site: https://wordpress.com/stats/day/shanieryan.wordpress.com It still seems to be active and I still seem to be being charged for it even though it is no longer in use.

  My new site is: http://www.shanieryan.com/wp-admin – However this site always comes up under http://www.ShanieRyan.com

  The problem is i appear to be being charged for both sites. Also my domain name seems to become inactive over night and my website that i use seems not to be working. I have contacted site ground, they advised me to get in touch and to ask you about it.
  They mentioned that you may need to advise me if the domain is still active… also can it be permanently transferred to my newer website?

  They mentioned that you may need the following info:

  Server Names:
  ns1.uk3.siteground.eu
  ns2.uk3.siteground.eu

  They also said i should ask you to unlock the domain and provide me with an EEP Code?

  I hope you can help as I need this up and running asap. I have blog deadlines.
