My domain shows as expired, but when going to renew it, it says it isn't real

  I went to renew my domain but it claims that it isn’t real. It is EXTREMELY important that our website be up and running for an upcoming event, what do we do?

  What is the domain name you need to renew? If you can’t renew it then it might have expired quite a while ago and you might need staff help to renew it – I have flagged this for the staff to help you

  Note also that you need to be logged in as the original account that purchased the domain name

  It looks like your domain name might have renewed OK – but your domain mapping seems to have expired – try purchasing the domain mapping
