My Domain that is hosted with WordPress.com is gone

  • Unknown's avatar

Hi, I purchased a domain hosted by wordpress.com on April 23rd 2018 for Business Plan. Yesterday for some reason when I look at my site section my domain that I registered with the plan (studioheap.com) changed to vlogger207100633.wordpress.com. Also it seems that my business plan is gone. I asked a support yesterday through chat and they said that the staff of wordpress would get back to me through an e-mail, but I have not received any e-mail yet from them. If you want, a receipt of the purchase I can send it to you. I just need to solve this ASAP. Please if some can explain what happened with my domain.

  • Hi there,

Your account does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com.

The domain, studioheap.com, belongs to the account, bingkisanyaa, and was bought for the WordPress.com site, bingkisanya.wordpress.com – the Business Plan is active on that site. Your account is an admin on that site, and I can see the site in your account if I go to My Site ->Switch Site, and you should have access to live chat support via the contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact

Can you please confirm whether you can access the dashboard at https://wordpress.com/stats/day/studioheap.com ?

However, I do not see any live chat interactions from yesterday for either your account, or the other account that owns the site. Who did you speak with?

http://vlogger207100633.wordpress.com/ is a completely different site, which belongs to the user, nandadchristanto. Your account was added as an admin on that site 23 hours ago.

Your account does not own any sites of upgrades of its own.
