    Hi there,

    Are you trying to transfer the domain to WordPress.com? What is the domain, please?

    Domain transfer codes must be entered exactly as they are provided to you, meaning they are case sensitive, and even just adding a space before or after the code (which can easily happen if you’re copy-pasting it from somewhere else) can cause the code to fail.

    So please make sure you’re typing it in exactly as your current provider gave it to you, and make sure with similar-looking characters like I, l and 1 or 0, O and o that you’re using the correct one.
