my domain transfer was canceled

  I would like to change domain hosts and find out how to release the domain transfer. I paid for a transfer from Namecheap and they informed me that it was canceled and I need it to be released by Wild West domains, LLC. Please help.

  Yes, this was already done. I had previously unlocked it, transferred it, got my EPP and transfer code applied the transfer and WordPress denied the transfer and I’m trying to find out WHY!!!

  Somebody please help me to resolve this issue immediately!

  We definitely did not deny the transfer. The code is time-sensitive, so maybe it expired.

  Please try the process again and let us know if you run into the same problem.
