My domain was cancelled. I needed them to point the name to another host

    My domain was cancelled, but I wanted to either point the name servers to a new host or transfer the domain registration. Please help, is there a direct way I can contact technical support ?

    As mentioned during the cancellation process, we cannot guarantee that you’ll be able to re-register the domain.

    Since the cancellation reason given was, “please cancel domain name it was misspelled,” our team canceled it immediately.

    I see you have already replied to them, which was the right thing to do. They’ll reply as soon as they can to help you recover the domain (if possible).
