My domains

I’ve been chatting with a rep, Varsha C. She let me know I have two domains http://www.kelleyroseklein.com and http://www.wholisticatedlady.com. kelleyroseklein being the primary domain. When I signed up, months ago, I chatted with a rep shortly after who set it up for me. He said that because it had only been a matter of days, that if I wanted to change from kelleyroseklein.com to wholisticatedlady.com, that was possible and he took care of it. I have been busy and haven’t worked on my site and now am ready to work on my site, which I purchased for either a year or two, can’t remember, AND my purchase and subscription history shows no record or any history of me purchasing anything, so that is a little confusing to me. I just need some assistance to figure this all out. I want wholisticatedlady.com to be my primary and really my only domain. If I have kelleyroseklein.com as well, that is perfectly fine, I just won’t need to renew that one at a later time. I do want to keep http://www.wholisticatedlady.com however and would like to be able to access the site. At this point, when I type in http://www.wholisticatedlady.com, it takes me to http://www.kelleyroseklein.com. I’m logged in, using the email address I signed up with, (email visible only to moderators and staff). I’m in my account settings, seeing no purchases to manage and no evidence of any ‘sites’ under the @wholisticatedlady user name. I need some assistance please. Varsha C was slightly helpful and has passed me off to this link at this point and told me I have to talk to support here, while logged into my account. This is the only account I have, that I know of. PLease assist :D

So, I think the confusion here is that you’ve signed in to the wrong account. There have never been any domains registered to the account you’re signed in with.
