    I have been trying to access my account since 2/2/2021. I keep being sent here. Just give me my money back. [redacted]

    This is for lofty-creations.com under the createshowgrow account. Do you not have the login credentials for that account? If you have access to the email connected to the account, you should be able to reset the password here:

    If you do not have access to the email, could you please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll see what we can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.

    You can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchase the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.

    I can cancel and refund the subscriptions for you since you provided the correct transaction ID information. However, I wanted to confirm the refund since this is a Business Plan, and canceling the subscription would remove certain features from the site that are connected with the Business Plan (i.e., plugins). Let me know and I’ll take care of that for you.
