My email address is associated with another unknown blog?

As I signed in, my email address autofilled, but while I was hovering there, next to my email address it showed the blogsite for a different person, https://keriaventblog.wordpress.com/ . THAT IS NOT ME. And my email address is not hers. I went to the site, and along the right sidebar it showed comments from my username (arachnoheart), and the identical comment from HER username (klablog)! What? Why is my email address (which I have had for at least 12 years or more) associated with this other person?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

OK, I figured out that I actually commented on this site a few years ago, but I still don’t get why her blog address shows next to my email address.

On the login screen, when I click into the window to enter username or email, there is a dropdown that offers to autofill either my username, arachnoheart, or below that, my email address. Right next to the email address it shows this https://keriaventblog.wordpress.com/ in grey font.
I am much less freaked out now. Maybe this is nothing, but it is disconcerting to see this other blog there as I sign in, making it seem like I am signing in to that one.
I guess it’s possible that it could be part of my autofill settings, and I can certainly check that. But I still don’t understand why it would be there. Weird.
Anyhow, I have a screenshot of what I am seeing on the login screen (which started this whole confusion) but I don’t know how I can post it for you to see.
Just a note on my orig post – when I was first trying to figure it out, I was totally thrown off when I saw my username on the sidebar of that other blog. NOW I understand that it is just showing “recent comments” (though it was over a year ago), and was not an indication of anything else. It was all just very weird.

The WordPress.com login screen has no drop-down menus or autofill functionality. Neither does the comment form.
The options you’re seeing are being shown by your browser. You likely have your browser set to save form and password information for autofill purposes. Clear all saved password and autofill information in your browser settings, and this shouldn’t happen any more.

If you upload the screen shot to your site’s media library, I’ll be able to see it there, but I’m almost certain this is your browser’s autofill doing this, and not the login screen itself.
