My email and website isn’t working!!

    Help help!! My website is not being reached and all emails directed/sent to my wordpress email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) are bouncing back and not being sent! I’ve received numerous calls from clients saying their emails aren’t delivering and now my website isn’t active! Help!!! I paid for my annual renewal three weeks ago!

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    The name servers are not properly configured on colourboxhairstudio.com.au so it’s not working at the moment.

    You’ll need to update the name servers to point them to WordPress.com. All of the upgrades were renewed and once you get those name servers updated the domain will be back online and working again.

    Go to your domain provider and ask them to point it to WordPress.com using the following details.

    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

    If you intend for the domain to be used on a WordPress.com site, you’ll first need to map the domain to a WordPress.com site following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

    These changes will be made through your domain registrar, these will be the people you paid for the domain. I recommend consulting their documentation for specifics on making the changes detailed in our documentation.

    Basically the domain isn’t set up right. Usually it would point to your site, and your email, but right now it isn’t pointing anywhere at all.

    Can you contact your domain provider’s support?

    Assuming you still want the domain to work here, tell them you need these settings. They will know what to do: 

    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    After those settings are in place, you’ll need to wait several hours for the internet to basically refresh itself, so be sure to give it some time. Hoping that helps!
