My email as entered keeps telling me that it is not an active email.

  Hi I am a first time user and the email I enter to start the process is an active one. The form keeps telling me that it is not available and if this is me to log in. The log in does not take anything that I try and put in. So how do I restart and get into Word Press? thanks

  So, there is an email you want to use to create a new WordPress.com, but you are receiving a message saying that it is being used by another account? If so, please provide me the email and I will take a look into this for you. No worries, I will be the only one that will be able to see the email.
