my email contact must be changed

    I’ve got the developer’s email in the ’email address’ I am trying to replace it with my own, but this message comes up: ‘If you change this, we will send you an email at your new address to confirm it. The new address will not become active until confirmed.’ It would be OK, but that email never comes. So, the address is never changed, which I hate. And I can’t contact WP support, because they are unreachble. Could someone help?
