Good day, my email is no longer working, (email visible only to moderators and staff)
Please help or advise, I have updated my payment method. Not sure what I need to do

Hi there!
It looks like the WordPress.com Explorer plan and the domain muse-strategy.com were renewed on March 18, but you canceled those renewals and got refunded. Because you canceled the domain, the email service is no longer active, as the email requires the domain to be active and have the required DNS records.
The domain was canceled several days ago, so it’s entered the redemption period. There’s an $80 additional fee to restore a domain from this stage.
If you’d like to restore it, please let us know, and we’ll send you a payment link via email for the domain renewal fee of $12 and the redemption fee of $80. (If you wish to upgrade to the WordPress.com Explorer plan again, you’ll need to do that separately.)
