My email isn’t a wordpress account anymore

    Hi It’s been a few months since I logged into wordpress. But something happened where it’s saying that my real email that I created my wordpress account does NOT exist. So I assume I’ve been compromised somehow.
    What do I do?
    I had to make this account just to get access to WordPress Help.
    I can provide receipts, dates, anything you need to know, but I would like to do it in a manner that is secure…
