my email sign up isn't working

My email sign up isn’t working right. I’ve had several people tell me they’ve signed up for my emails through my blog but they aren’t getting my new posts. They’ve already made sure they didn’t get sent to spam or to trash by mistake. Users that signed up previously are not having any trouble but those that have signed up in the last few days aren’t receiving any of them. Can you help? Thanks in advance

Hi there,
Can you give me the usernames or email addresses of some of the people who aren’t getting email updates? I can use that to investigate the issue on this end. (You can put the email addresses in your reply and our forum software will hide them from everyone except staff.)

Thanks for your fast response. Here are 2 of the people’s emails that have told me it isn’t working…I can’t remember who the other one was.

Thanks! I checked the first email you gave me, and that user subscribed to updates on an individual post (so they’ll get emails about comments on that post) but not to the blog as a whole. That person will need to go back and subscribe to your blog itself to get email updates.
The second email you gave me isn’t subscribed to anything at all. That person will also need to sign up for email updates to get those from your blog.
