My email won't work with the nameservers pointing to wordpress.
-
I love using WordPress. I have recently bought a domain from Reg365. The email I have set up isn’t working and they say it’s because the nameservers are pointing to wordpress. If I put the nameservers back to reg365 then I can’t have my domain name. Is there a better way of managing this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
When you have email service for a domain you’re using at WordPress.com, you can add the DNS records for your email service to your domain here to keep using that email. We have a guide to Add Email through other providers that walks through the steps for doing that.
If you’d like, I can help you add the DNS records you need to your domain here. First, you’ll just need to check with Reg365 to find out what those records are. You can send them a message like this to ask about that:
My domain swimwest.ie is using the WordPress.com name servers to point to my website hosted there. Could you please provide me with the complete MX and/or other DNS records I will need to enter on WordPress.com’s end, so that my email on this domain will work?
Once you get the DNS records from Reg365, let me know what they are and I’d be happy to help add them to your domain to get your email working again. :)
