My essentials theme demo content is not appearing

Hi, I’m really having difficulties importing content demos on my website. I’ve tried resetting the themes, I’ve tried deactivating plugins , I’ve tried using other themes but the content demo is still not appearing. I there any other thing i should try?

Sure thing. So this is now the site that i am having problems with.

So firstly I bought a hosting plan and domain with ‘NameCheap.com’ and had access to WordPress though a platform called Easywp. Once i got all that sorted i wanted to begin building my website so i bought and installed the essentials theme, but every time I wanted to upload the demo content nothing would appear on my website. I literally tried everything so fix it for 2days straight.I then figured that maybe it must be the hosting that i got from ‘Namecheap.com’, So i decided to buy another domain and hosting with ‘Godaddy.com’ , but now the issue is all the plugins that come with the theme are all failing and I’m not sure why.
I’m suspecting it has to do with something along this article.Please let me know if there is anyway you can help. This whole thing is really starting to stress me. Thanks!

We can’t help directly because we don’t host algdigitalmarketing.co.za on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (GoDaddy) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
You may also wish to contact the support option for your theme, which is provided with your purchase based on what I see here: https://themeforest.net/item/essentials-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/27889640/support
They may be the best help you can get as they will be most familiar with their product and any issues around it.
