    It looks like you only have one site on this WordPress.com account, http://fredoartist.wordpress.com. I don’t see any new sites. Can you share the link to the new site you created so we can check that further?

    I also noticed your WordPress.com site is empty. Are you trying to add pictures to this site, or do you have a completely different site you’re working on?
