My followers count does not display the right number of followers

  My followers count doesn’t display the right number of followers, if i enter the stats the number is bigger, but in the blog page is lower

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please post screenshots of the numbers you are referring to at locations in question. You can use http://snag.gy/ to share screenshots. Or you can use the WordPress.com guide I linked to and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.   As i have two blogs, here’s the count and screenshots for both. Before there was error in both de wordpress count and email count, now its only for the blog count:

  Hi there,

  Thanks for sharing those screenshots. The Follow Button widget that you’re using is designed to only display your WordPress.com followers. If you’d like a widget that displays all of your blog’s followers, I’d recommend using the Follow Blog Widget instead. :)

  Thanks for your answer, but i think the error is on the wordpress follower count. I’ve got 6 followers from wordpress blogs, and in the count only five appear (it’s the same in both blogs)

  Hi there,

  I only see 5 WordPress.com followers on each of your blogs. You can check that by going to your My Stats page.

  In the “Totals, Followers, & Shares” box, you can click the Blog link. On the “My Followers” page there, you’ll see the total number of WordPress.com Followers and the total number of Email-only Followers. The Follow Button will only display the WordPress.com Followers listed there, which right now is 5 for each blog.

  Hi, here i attach the images from stats, we’re it says “wordpress followers” and there’s 6 blogs in each blog:

  

  

  They appear under wordpress user…

  Ah, sorry about that! I was looking at the number at the top of the page and didn’t understand the issue you were pointing out.

  That should be fixed now, although you may need to refresh the page or clear your browser’s cache if you still don’t see the correct number there. :)
