  How can 2 users host the same blog? Where are the options for creating another username and linking another email address so that we can both post content? Thank you for your help!

  Your friend needs to go to http://wordpress.com and sign up, choosing the “no blog, just an account” option. Then you go to the Users page of the blog dashboard and Invite her.
