my header image has gone dark

  HI,
  after putting the image on the site it has gone dark, and I can’t figure out how to put other pictures on the home page as soon in the theme.

  Hi, this is a feature on the Ixion theme. To change this would require the WordPress.com Premium Plan upgrade, which has the Custom Design feature and the ability to add custom CSS.

  You can try out and preview custom CSS before you buy as explained here. This would be the CSS you would need.
