My Home Page is different than I set.

    Hi Team,

    My website home page is different, we didn’t make any changes like not set any other page as home page, in setting home page setting is correct but live home page is different.

    Please help to set my actual home page also tell us the possible reasons for this issue.

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello there,

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    This means our support is limited.

    By the sounds of it, it sounds like you need to set a custom homepage, which can be done via Appearance > Customize > Homepage settings > select “A static front page” and choose the intended page from the dropdown.

    The Static page set as home page is not live as home page, some other page is live at home page.

    To check – so is the page not published?

    If yes, it’s not possible to set this as a front page until it is set to public.
