  Please provide my hosting/cpanel login credentials. I have to upload a zip file, php file, crate mysql data base and a user.

  We don’t use cPanel. We do provide SFTP and MySQL access with our Business plan though if you’re interested in that:
  https://wordpress.com/business

  If that does not help, can you clarify what you’re trying to do? We’ll check it out and point you in the right direction for support.

  That won’t work on WordPress.com even if you upgrade to our Business plan. Therefore I suggest using the WordPress software and host your site elsewhere. Here are a few recommendations:
