My hosting is not helping me removing this website.

    I’ve created one website using Unified layer hosting but I don’t have a password for that server. Somehow I’m also not able to access the tejasmanyata.com.np url. How can I discontinue my domain pointing to that server? Please help me understand and resolve this issue from wordpress.
    Note:- as tejasmanyata.com.np is redirecting to tejasmanyata.com, I’m not able to log into the WordPress dashboard as well.

    Hi! You won’t be able to make changes to your WordPress site if you don’t have at least the WordPress password or your hosting password. Sorry! If you’re paying for the hosting, though, your host likely has some way to help you get the site down.

    If you bought the domain someplace else, and can log in and adjust its settings, you can make the domain point to another server — either to nothing so you get an error, or you can set up a new site somewhere (like here!) and connect it to that. I’d ask the domain provider for help with their settings.
