My hotmail email username is blocked, can’t access reset email password

  I can’t sign in to my WordPress account because the username Hotmail email is blocked by Microsoft, and apparently, WordPress blocked that email. I’ve been trying to contact Microsoft but their customer support form is not helping, and when I fill out the recovery form for WordPress, it tells me it can’t recognize the URL site I placed in, I’m also being charged by WordPress, so I need access right away. If there is a way that I can have access to a temporary password so I can access my account and change the Hotmail username? I also have a Gmail account with WordPress and was wondering if I could merge the Hotmail and Gmail WordPress accounts, but when asked the AI help chat, the only way to merge is to access the Hotmail account….sigh. Can support help, please.
