My images do not upload and display the way I want them to

  I am having problems loading images onto my page, which I pay a little extra for because I bought a custom name.

  You apparently upgraded the upload interface for images, and it does run faster. However, the problem is that when I upload the images, i only get thumbnail sized things. The way it used to work, I could upload an image, create a thumbnail for my visitor to click on, which in turn, would open into a full sized photo or document. What am I doing wrong?

  Hi there, sorry you’re having trouble with the new interface for adding images. The good news is that you can still get things to work the way you’re used to!

  After you upload an image, just choose “Link to: Media file” from the options in the Attachment Details section. Next, choose a medium, large, or full size from the drop-down menu just below that. That will set the size of the image that will appear when you click on the one you’ve added in the post.
