My interface doesn’t look like any of the tutorials (business account)

    At the bottom of the page it says “Thank you for creating with WordPress.” I need to add a new page/post/blog under our News & Events page. But I don’t see any of the options to do that. I can’t even see a page for News & Events although it clearly exists (we have an extensive site, not just two pages). I have used WordPress for business before, but the interface was not like this. Where can I go to for a tutorial on how to add this new page? DO I just not have the correct permissions assigned? Thanks for the help.
