My log-in is corrupt

I can’t log-in to my site. I recently changed my password and for some reason it doesn’t recognize my name or password. I continually get logged out for 20 minutes to 24 hours. I am also being inundated with dozens of ‘failed log-in attempts’ on a daily basis. Please help! I want my blog back!

If you still have access to the email connected to the account, you can enter that email address in the password recovery tool. Please check your spam folder for the recovery email if you don’t receive it in your inbox immediately:

I’ve changed my p/w 3x now and it’s still coming up ‘incorrect user name & password’ and locks me out. I never did receive any recovery email – junk or otherwise. I also periodically get a message saying something about ‘the blog has an insecure connection to the internet’.
Can I not simply reset everything??

I’m sorry, but http://deweylovettandhowe.com/ is not hosted at WordPress.com. As such, we are unable to provide any direct assistance in this manner. I checked and the site is hosted with Go Daddy.
The fact that the site may have been built using WordPress, or may mention ‘Powered by WordPress’ (or something similar) simply means it is using the WordPress.org software, which can be downloaded and installed on any web host.
