MY LOG IN IS FAILING CONSTANTLY AFFECTING MY SITE MASSIVELY NEED SERIOUS HELP

Hello there i need someone to call me asap my launch date for my site is Saturday, we were supposed to be done by friday so we could quality control which is out of the window and is costing me serious money because we cannot log into the site, it says failed log in attemps will get you blocked but never says the password is wrong. My developer has said in all his 20 years he has never seen anything like this. He said he can only log in every now and then and then it locks him out. We have paid for excess amount of security which hasnt helped the issue at all and it is still happening. its like theres a phantom on our page refusing us entry and with him only being able to do little work it is not keeping to schedule my name is Jordan Powell. we really need some help please contact me ASAP

What is the full address of the site in question? Is it hosted here at WordPress.com? If it is hosted elsewhere and using the WordPress.org software then you’e asking in the wrong forum and you need to ask for advice from your host or https://wordpress.org/support/

its sunshinemarketplace.co.uk, its hosted with godaddy and they told me to contact word press not them because its a log in issue with wp-admin

That site isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com. You need to visit the WordPress.org forum and register an account there. Has your developer installed a plugin that limits the number of log in attempts allowed within a certain length of time?
