my login and username to access my site is not working (paid for hosting)

  – linked via a hosting company, yet it keeps rejecting access to wp yet on wordpress.com it works but not when i try to login /wp-admin
  please help as can’t build my paid site

  There haven’t been any purchases made on the account that you are using here. Can you please indicate which site you are having this problem on? Share the URL.
