  I have an account linked with the email (email visible only to moderators and staff). However, I forgot my password and WP said the mail is not connected. Help me.

  Hi there,

  What is the address of the site you’re trying to access? That email is connected with a WordPress.com account, but our logs show someone is already logged into and using that account, and I don’t see any password reset requests on that account.
