hi i had cancel my purchase in wordpress before some time and my domain was stuck here when i mail to support then they reply and give me manual link to pay and they promise after that they’ll provide me my domain back
but now its two days over and no-one reply me now while i had pay $18
till then i didn’t pay wordpress were talking to me but after the payment no-one reply me why
i don’t want my money back i want my domain back give it to me why no-one response me this time -

What is the URL of the domain in question.
I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

Thanks. The domain is under a different account, so can you log in as that user? You should be able to use the email address that gets renewal reminders.
Also I noticed it points to a live site, but that site isn’t very fleshed out. If you meant to point it elsewhere, please log into the account you used to buy the upgrade, then update its settings:

okay look i had a domain gworld7.com for one year till 2020
i was transfer it into wordpress and i charged for $18 and get additional one more year
but i didn’t want that so i cancel it
but when i cancel i loose my entire domain even i still had one year pending
when i talk with wordpress customer support they reply me we have restore it and we provide you manual payment link
when you pay again you’ll get your domain back
but i got my refund almost after 15 days
and now when i pay that payment and try to communicate with wordpress i didn’t any response

That is all correct, the issue is that none of those purchases/payments happened under the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from.
You have a second WordPress.com user account that you need to log into. That account is the one that owns gworld7.com and the associated https://gworld7com.wordpress.com/. Once you do so, you will see that the domain is sitting there waiting for you.

When i try to open on that account too i redirect to this account
I don’t know why this happens to me
But when ever i try to log in
In both accounts i logged in same account
I can tell you both emails which i used for it
