My mobile has died and I have lost my Authenticator app for 2FA so I cant login to my site

  I need to get a QR code so that I can link my Google authenticator app to my website as I cannot log into my site. It has 2FA enabled and I can’t log in to temporarily disable it.
  Can you disable it for me?
