my mobile site is down

    After upgrading to your paid Jetpack and adding the ads to my site my mobile site is down. it only shows the ads and ZERO CONTENT. My business relies on my mobile version of my site. I put in a help ticket no response. my mobile site asks you to view in desk top form.

    @tbcmag yikes… sorry to hear that!

    These forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host. We do work with the Jetpack team too, though, and I can confirm they’ve sent an answer to one of your tickets (there are a few; they’ll likely get merged shortly).

    If you don’t see the Jetpack team’s response yet, can you search all of your mail folders to ensure it’s not ending up in spam?
