My money has been debited for an basic plan that I paid for but not recieved

    If someone could please just tell me where my money went. I paid for the basic plan on wordpress, yet the website still has the same features as a free account, with wordpress still attached to it. The checkout still shows that I have yet to purchase the basic plan even though I already paid for it. If there was a mistake in the transaction, then my money has not been credited back. Please help, this is really unfair.
