my navigation bar moves 40px below its original position when hover over it

Hey, I have already spend an hour. I do have a navigation bar in header. There are four items. Among them two are drop-down and the other two are static which leads to another site. Now when I hover over those which are dropdown items on navbar, the whole navbar moves down to its original position. The strange things is, there is a logo on the left and phone number on the right but they always stay where are supposed to be. HELP!!!

Can you please provide the URL of the site you’re referring to? It’s impossible to investigate the issue based on the screen shots you provided, and they don’t match what appears on the one site in your WordPress.com account.
