My new domain is not showing on my account

  Hello, I purchased a new domain last week. Using the same email that I used to verify the account, I logged in an now there’s no record of me ever purchasing a domain even though the domain is live now.

  It is god-is-my-ceo.org. I have proof of purchase and I need someone from the support team to respond to my emails so it can get added to my account.

  The email address is the unique identifier on the wordpress.com platform meaning 2 accounts can’t have the same email address.

  You must use the Transaction ID you got to restore access to the account owning that site. You find all info at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/verify-ownership/#transaction-id
