my new sidebar widget in twenty fourteen is hidden behind left sidebar

I’ve added a new widget/sidebar area, which is directly below the Featured posts (top). The default left sidebar is viewing fine.
But the widget/sidebar that I’ve added to display below the Featured posts thumbs is viewing, but won’t scoot to the right of the left sidebar. It stays flushed to the left — behind the left sidebar. I’d like for it to line up with the rest of the content on that page (center). I’ve spent a day trying to locate the right CSS, but it’s been elusive.

    Ideas, anyone?

Thanks for posting the URL. That’s not a blog being hosted by WordPress.COM and you are posting to the wrong support forum.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and not for WordPress.org software installs. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

So noted. Thanks for that clarification. But, it still is a good question to address for your wordpress.com forum members.
