My new URL keeps being redirected to my old URL

  Whenever I try to access my wordpress website at ‘new domain Url’, I am redirected to my old website ‘old domain Url’ instead. Also, I am not using URL forwarding with my domain provider.

  The site I need help with is kavehsite.wordpress.com.

  Hey there, is the site hosted here? We usually don’t run into that issue on our services, so I’m guessing you’re working with a free copy of WordPress with another host.

  If so, I’d recommend asking your host for help with these options:
  https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/

  Then if you need more help, use the correct forums here:
  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Or you’d be welcome to host here with us! But luckily this issue is fairly easy to resolve. Cheers!
