My new website is on WP and my old domain elsewhere. I bought a WP business plan with several themes and Elementor. Site is finished but can’t launch with a domain I own on another host. Each host refers me to the other with no information to hand off. Old host wanted among other details, an IP for WP but WP has no static IP. Is there a WP link to a page with request for transfer?

The new WP hosted site is: https://crystal2021.wpengine.com
The old domain http://www.crystalminedwonders.com (hosted at homestead.com) is currently pointing to my Etsy shop.
I would like to MOVE this http://www.crystalminedwonders.com over to WordPress and link it to my new corresponding website.

I think there might be confusion here. The site crystal2021.wpengine.com is hosted via WP Engine, not WordPress.com, so we won’t be able to help with this one.
Here, on WordPress.com, you have randystewartindallas.wordpress.com, but that one is on the Free Plan.
For sites hosted on WordPress.com, you’d follow these steps to map the domain: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/.
Since it looks like the site is hosted elsewhere, though, you’d probably want to reach out to WP Engine directly or post to the community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.If I misunderstood something, please let me know more details. Thanks!
