My old wordpress site

Hi, my developer recently changed my host from SiteGround to Wix – now I need to access my old site to copy all the content as regrettably this was not done beforehand, but the content is no longer appearing in WordPress at all – please can you get back to me and let me know how I can get access to the content from my old site so I can use some of it on my new site. I changed domains and kept the same name for my site.

Hi there, you’ve posted to the support forum for users with free websites hosted on the WPcom platform. WPcom (where we are ) and WP are separate entities with different documentation and support forums. More information about the differences can be found here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider for assistance with a backup file? Otherwise perhaps the folks over at https://wordpress.org/support/ can make suggestions. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
