My page only works when refreshed

I just registered my domain, sincerelynoah.com. When I type it into my search bar to visit it, however, I’m told (by Safari) that “Too many redirects occurred trying to open sincerelynoah.com. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page.”
If I refresh that page, then I am lead to sincerelynoah.com, but that’s not good for people trying to access my site. If this is an issue on your side, can it be fixed?
Also, I registered sincerelynoah.wordpress.com, but the original url keeps coming up as sincerelynoahdotcom.wordpress.com, can this be fixed, too?

I went to your site (the first time without refreshing), and found that it was loading properly as seen in the screenshot below:
It can take some time to propagate. If you find that it is still not loading properly, can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?

It’s still an issue. I don’t think this blog is for me! I did request a refund for the domain I payed for yesterday, although it’s still saying ‘cancellation pending.’ When can I expect that to go through?

Have you tried clearing your cache? I’m wondering because I have experienced this issue when accessing your site. It may just be dependent to your browser/computer.
However, I understand you would like to cancel your custom domain: sincerelynoah.com, but please note that this is different from other upgrades and is stated during the purchase process.
Canceling a domain at this time means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation.
You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide:
