My page reverted back to pre-opening stage and is no longer working

    Hello, our page was somehow reverted back. Looks completely different and it has gone private, can you please help?

    Hi there,

    From what I can see the site westinmedcenter.wordpress.com at one time was upgraded to our Business Plan (purchased by another admin on the site) but the there was no renewal by the expiry date (5/10/2022) and as a result the plan expired and was removed from the account.

    When the Business Plan is removed, the site is returned to the pre-upgraded state and removed from our business hosting.

    The good news is that you can upgrade again and the site can usually be restored from it’s previous business backups. We no longer offer the Business Plan, but you can instead upgrade to the Pro Plan (which is functionally similar) and then contact priority live chat support for our assistance in restoring your site from backup.

    We are not able to help with that here in our public forums as this is where we support free sites (which do not have backups the same way you do with our upgraded plans) but please reach out to the priority support contact provided under your plan:
