My password for my website admin account is being rejected

  Do I need to reset the password to my admin account if my password is being rejected. If so, how do I do it?

  The site is actually hosted by ukhost4u.com not WordPress.com. This means that you’re set up on the open source WordPress.org software – that’s the other version of WordPress.
