  I received a mail notification about the password change on my wordpress site on 23/1/2020. In fact I did not change my password.Please help me！

  my wordpress：(email visible only to moderators and staff)

  What is the URL of your site because there is no wordpress.com account tressawhitta9.

  Are you working on http://tourtaiwan168.com/ or a different site. That site does not use our managed hosting environment fro WordPress.com. In fact, that site is hosted by bluehost.com.
