  I made a payment , only I took the premium plan instead of business I would like to be reimbursed for my plan but I’d kept my domain name, thank you

  It looks like you have filed a payment dispute with your credit card company. Once that has started, the issue is out of our hands.

  If you close the dispute, I can run that refund for you.
