My personalized theme is no displayed

Hi. I have a premium account. I chose a theme and I changed the fonts of this theme. It is displayed properly on my computer with admin account, but when I look at the blog on a phone or another computer, the fonts are the original ones of the theme. Can you help me? Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, I’m seeing your custom fonts at this end:
http://cl.ly/image/1Y0h3u273J3QCould you please let me know what browser and version (i.e. Firefox 22) on the other computer is showing the default fonts? Could you please try clearing that browser’s cache?
Would it be possible to upload a screenshot of the site loaded in this browser on the other computer to help in troubleshooting? Here’s a guide on how to make a screenshot, if you’re not sure: http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/
You can upload the screenshot in your Media Library so I can see it. Thanks.

hello
So i tried to clear the cache, before and after rebooting FF, but it didn’t change anything. I use FF 23.0.1 on the other laptop, and here is what I see :

Thanks for the screenshot. Could you please try visiting the site while running Firefox in safe mode, to see if there might be an extension or add-on interfering with the custom fonts:

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Kathryn,
Thanks for the answer and sorry for the delay.
Yes it worked on the other computer with the mozilla safe mode.
But the thing is that it’s not just a one browser issue because if I check the website with a phone or an ipad with Safary, I see the old fonts also. If we experience this problem here, it’s probably the same for many other people.
What do you think?

Hi there, mobile devices may actually be a separate issue, because the CSS stylesheet is often different.
Since the font appeared normally when you ran Firefox in safe mode, it would be good to troubleshoot the PC/Mac issue first. We can return to any mobile issues later.
Could you please try this in Firefox to try to isolate a possibly problematic extension:
Turn off all your Firefox extensions and add-ons:
http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/disable-or-remove-add-ons
If the fonts appear normally with no add-ons or extensions active – as they did in safe mode – please turn on each add-ons/extension one-by-one, checking your site in between each activation. In this way you may find the culprit that’s been interfering with the fonts. If you determine which one it is, could you let me know?

hello
I tested with all addons disabled, it still doesn’t work…
it seems to not be due to addons.I don’t know what to do next to fix the problem.

Hi there, would you mind clarifying something? Are you saying that:
Yes it worked on the other computer with the mozilla safe mode.
You did see the correct fonts on the problematic computer, in Firefox safe mode.
I tested with all addons disabled, it still doesn’t work…
But when you disabled the add-ons manually on the problematic computer, you could not see the fonts?

Thanks for clarifying. If the fonts appeared in safe mode, it would seem to indicate a problem in Firefox, so would you mind testing something else?
On the problematic computer, would it be possible to check the site in a different browser, like Chrome, and see if the fonts are OK there?
-
On the problematic computer, with safe mode off, you might also want to try manually turning off specific Firefox settings that get deactivated temporarily in safe mode, other than add-ons/extensions, to see if they are interfering with the fonts. Those items include custom themes, hardware acceleration, and toolbar and button customizations.
You can find out more here about troubleshooting with safe mode:

Hi, good morning!
i found what blocked the fonts ; I have Ghostery which block all trackers and stuff, but it also block widgets, the one responsible for the fonts. So i unblocked it, and now I see everything correctly.
Thank you for the support. -
Wonderful – glad you found the culprit, and thanks for letting me know what caused the problem as it may help others in the future.
Happy blogging!
