Hi there,
Looks like the domain Chitanya.com is connected to different account and wasn’t currently active due to a chargeback that I see that you paid for under your account. Do you have access to the account that is connected to the upgrade?
If so, please post in this thread under that account and I will look further into this for you.

The person who initially started work on my site purchased June 2018 $120 is no longer around. Started a couple of months ago finalising site. 2 months ago my the Amex card used last year was used by a unknown and used on WordPress. Amex investigated. WordPress from hear on wouldn’t allow access to my site until I paid a penalty fee. At that point it seems there was 2 separate accounts as it was stating site free but prior to was confirming I had a plan paid up until May 2020. The urgency is I am ready to publish. Have business cards printed with Chitanya.com but can’t proceed from my end.

Ok so I have just read letter from Amex. It would appear I have cancelled a automatic plan $144 rather than a unknown using my card.
My confusion is what did I pay for 2/6/18 2 yr subscription $120.
And how do we resolve this.
I need clarity on what I have paid for initially.
I need to see if Chitanya.com is still mine (the owner )
And if I need to pay more of course I will and how much.
Urgently need feedback please.
Finally the gmail account is no longer available. Can I send you my new email address and or do I change this myself.

Hi there,
The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades with us. On 13 July you paid the chargeback fine on the site, http://chitanyadotcom.wordpress.com/ of A$21.75, but all that does is to unlock a site that has been locked due to a chargeback.
The domain, Chitanya.com, does not belong to you, and you are not the owner. That domain belongs to a completely different account with the username
breedenmanThat account paid for renewal of the domain and premium plan on the site on 3 May 2019, but then disputed that charge, causing the domain and plan to be removed from the site, and the site to be locked. The site is now unlocked because you paid the chargeback fine two weeks ago, but due to the dispute we have not yet been paid for either the domain or the premium plan on the site.
To pay for those, you’ll first need to log into the breedenman account that owns those upgrades. Then comment here as that account so we can send you a link to pay for the upgrades again.

Your payment in June last year was for a single year subscription of the Premium Plan at A$120.
The renewal payment on 3 May was for the A$120 renewal cost of that plan, and the A$24 renewal cost of the domain. You would have received several emails prior to 3 May warning you that the renewal was coming. These emails were sent to the email address connected with the other account.

Yes bree dennam was the person who initially started working on my behalf with website draft a year ago. She is No longer contactable.
Am I going to be able to proceed and also use the domain Chitanya.com and publish given bree dennam is no longer here.

This, or getting in touch with the account owner (breedenman) are the only ways to get that domain back.
